My wedding was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances so the wedding date I had engraved in this ring had to be changed. I had the ring for 5 months and they still exchanged me with the updates engraving. They even paid to ship it back to me. This could quite possibly be the best customer service I've ever gotten.
