We purchased a ring and had it engraved. Unfortunately the ring size was too big. Being it was engraved I did not think they would let us exchange it. I was wrong. They immediately were helpful and told me what I needed to do. I had another issue with the post office after that and they still fulfilled the order and followed up with me. Now that is excellent customer service and not something you find very often. I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend their business.

This ring is unbelievable. A great designer ring! However, my husband does alot of baking and I've noticed that he gets dough in the "trough ares" and lets it dry. They are easy to clean, my husband uses an old tooth brush and it comes out just like new. I just thought you should know that there is some maintenance to keep this ring shiny.

I can't believe how many compliments I've received on this tungsten carbide wedding band. It is so unique and really stands out. The two inner bands with the notches give it a really cool look that shine in the light. I'm impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the quick service I received.
